A California native, Joan has lived her entire life in Orange County. She began her escrow career in 1975, as an escrow receptionist. In 1986, eleven years later, Joan started her own company - North Orange County Escrow Corporation, in Fullerton, CA. Today, the company has some of the best escrow officers in the business and has one of the highest rated professional and ethical staffs in our industry. She also owns a few related companies - North County Services, a trustee company; North County Exchangors, a qualified Intermediary company for 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges; and Real Estate Escrow Plus, a real estate coordinator service. Joan is an active member of the Orange County Escrow Association. She served as OCEA President in 1992. She has served as a CEA (California Escrow Association) State Director 1991 through 1996. In 1993/94, Joan served as the California State Director to the American Escrow Association. She was elected to 3rd Vice President of AEA in 1994/95; 1st Vice President in 1995/96; President-Elect in 1996/97; and then served as President in 1997/98. Joan also has served as the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors to EAFC (Escrow Agents Fidelity Corporation). Elected by the independent owners of California in 1993 and served through 2006. Joan was also appointed to serve on the Advisory Board to the California Department of Corporations/Escrow Law Division in 2002 through 2005 as a representative of EAFC. The greatest blessing in her life is her 16 year old son, Joshua, her pride and joy. She also enjoys playing golf, boating, water skiing and watching Joshua play baseball.

Janelle understands that each escrow is "the most important" to someone. Janelle realizes the importance of the role she plays in her client’s transactions and is dedicated to always being on top of each and every transaction she handles. Janelle came into the escrow industry in 1986 and joined North Orange County Escrow in 1998. She knows the escrow industry has gone through many changes throughout the years and Janelle has made sure to keep up in order to always maintain her clients escrow needs.
Being an avid baseball fan, Janelle enjoys going out to the ballpark to cheer on her Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim along with family and friends. She also enjoys participating in outdoor activities with her family such as bike riding, running, and going to the beach.
